About me
Hey, nice to meet you. I’m Melania
I’ve been a full-time wedding photographer since 2020, but my journey into photography started long before that. Originally, I studied marketing at Corvinus University of Budapest, but even during my university years, I knew that photography was my true calling.
I first picked up a camera to capture pole dance and aerial sports photography, a genre that still holds a special place in my heart. In fact, I have a separate page dedicated to this passion: www.poledancephotography.com. But in 2022, I fell in love with wedding photography, and let’s just say—I’ve always been a romantic at heart.

In 2023, we had our own elopement in Cyprus, exchanging vows in an intimate ceremony, and in 2024, we celebrated our dream wedding with all of our loved ones. So, when it comes to elopements vs. big weddings, I truly understand both sides—each is special in its own way.
Outside of photography, I share my life with Zsebi, our adorable poodle, and my husband, who shares my passion for travel and exploring new cultures. Our goal is to visit a new country every year, experiencing places we’ve never been before.
Since childhood, I’ve adored romantic comedies and any movie featuring a wedding, so it’s no surprise that capturing love stories became my career. I genuinely believe that photos are timeless memories—snapshots of feelings that transport you back to the moment every time you look at them.
And speaking of romance… I met my husband at a wedding in 2022. He was a guest and happened to catch the garter. The next day, when he saw a photo of himself in the moment of catching it, he messaged me—and we’ve been together ever since.

My Photography Style
My approach to photography is all about capturing light, airy, and timeless images that feel effortless and natural. I believe the best photos aren’t just perfectly posed portraits but the real moments—the laughter, the teary-eyed vows, the way you look at each other when no one else is watching. I’ll guide you when needed but never force stiff, awkward poses. Your wedding should feel like the best day of your life, not a photoshoot—and I’ll be there to document every authentic, emotion-filled moment.
If you’re looking for a photographer who will hype you up, make you laugh, and capture every unscripted moment, I’d love to tell your story.
Let’s create something unforgettable together!
